If walls could talk, there would be a lot of stories to tell! Today's public library is very different compared to the library of 1954, but one thing remains the same – our commitment to literacy and life-long learning. Share your memories of the McLaughlin Library with us through our Facebook page at facebook.com/oshawapubliclibrary Speaking of nostalgia, we are partnering with the Canadian Automotive Museum for their General Motors Memories Project. This project aims to preserve memories of GM for future generations so people are being asked to bring their GM photos and souvenirs to the McLaughlin Library's Local History Room on Monday, November 25 from 2–4 pm for a special show and tell. See you at the Library! Frances Newman CEO Oshawa Public Libraries
